DishFork

Every dish gets better each time you make it.

Most recipe apps save a page and stop there. DishFork turns each one into a card you fork, scale, swap and cook, and it keeps every version you make.

For iPhone · iOS 17 and later

The DishFork Cookbook with sample recipes grouped by section, each with its photo: Buttermilk Pancakes, Roasted Tomato Soup, Crunchy Cabbage Slaw and Sheet-Pan Gnocchi with Sausage

Cookbook

Every recipe, a living card.

Each card keeps its history. Fork any dish into a new version, tune it for tonight, and promote the winner to Main. Nothing is overwritten, so every experiment is safe and the original is never lost. Sections, search and cooking-method filters keep the whole Cookbook a tap away.

Sous

Change a dish. See every change.

Ask for less salt, a different protein, more servings or less heat. Sous, the AI-assisted sous-chef, shows the change ingredient by ingredient and step by step, with the reason for each.

Nothing changes until you tap Apply. Keep it as the new Main, or as a fork beside it. Describe what you feel like and Sous drafts a new dish the same way, creating the card only when you say so.

Sous is AI-assisted and can be wrong. Check its changes before you cook, and always check labels for allergens.

Cook Mode

Mise en place, always.

Every card is written the way a kitchen works: all the prep up front, then the stove. Cook Mode opens with the equipment to get out and a checklist of what to cut, soften and measure.

Then the steps, with every amount written into them, so you never scroll back to the ingredient list mid-stir.

The card

Cook it, rate it, share it.

A photo, the time and the prep up top, the equipment just below; tap Cook Mode and go. When you're done, say I cooked this with a rating and a note, so the next time is better than the last.

Share any card as a link. It opens as a web page for anyone, and in DishFork for anyone who has it.

Explore

Fork what other cooks make.

Make a card public and other cooks can find it, cook it and rate it. Find one you like and tap Fork this dish: your own copy lands in your Cookbook, credited to the cook who made it.

Cards are private unless you choose otherwise.

Scales without guessing
Change the servings and every amount follows, in the list and inside the steps. Salt and spice scale sensibly, not linearly.
Out of something?
Tap any ingredient for substitutions sized for your batch. Use one for tonight, or save the swap as a new version.
Fits your diet
Set allergens and diets once. Cards that conflict are flagged with the exact ingredients, and Sous can adapt them.
Nutrition per serving
An estimate on every card, labelled as one, so you know roughly what's on the plate.
Every version kept
Forks sit beside Main in the card's history. Try something, keep what works, and go back any time.
